M-23,can my grow again normal naturally?
Since 2 years hair shedding happened.....now I am seeing baby hair ....will it grow again to normal hair???

These are the photos of my condition right now.....(After the head bath and hair is in wet )
I done my blood test ...got to know that I had vit d deficiency...for that I consulted dermatologist she recommended ket(2%) and vit d3 weekly tablets
I used those vitd3 for 1 month i didn't find any results
I am the competitive exam aspirant since 2 years,in my college didnt find this recession but now this is happening.In my college I am going to the gym but now I stopped and gained weight too from 74kg to 86 kg
What should I do now?
Is my hair regainable?
How to maintain a healthy hair?
Is it telogen efflivium or androgen alopecia?
