Inconsistency

I have a very good time monitoring my inr (while taking warfarin) I just got off injections after doing them for two weeks straight to bridge my levels (to protect my st Jude valve) I’m 22 yrs old and a female who despite not missing any of my doses and actually even taking ibruprofen once when I never taken it for years since getting on warfarin. I’m not even eating well right now and at a hospitals emergency department. I’ve had stomach pains bad with nausea and usually my inr would go up high when I haven’t been eating consistently if at all. Does anyone have any idea or experience to explain or help me understand why I’m suddenly having a crazy response to my warfarin which I just got tested Wednesday it was 2.4 now I’m at 1.7 not even a full 48 hours later. I haven’t eaten much but haven’t missed any doses. My family and doctor and pharmacist at the er are all bamboozled.

Inchworm identification if possible

Found this baby after I finished setting up & transferring my white lined Sphynx pupae. Thought it was one of them for a second but it wasn’t obviously lol it was so crazy tbh finding it on the inside of my screen door. For reference I am located in western Washington state. It’s spring and gotten pretty warm the last couple of months. I found it just chilling on the glass screen door window. I did put it in a seperate mesh enclosure from my other worms with a leaf for now. I’m hoping to keep it and see it turn into something to learn more.

▲ 13 r/moths

I am not very confident about this setup currently. I have five humming bird moth, aka hawk moth worms that are not super large but are out of the larvae stage. I have the cherry bush trimmings in a plastic ziplock bag and water is all closed off in a thin glass vase and I am not very sure about this net that I was sent with my mother eggs in the beginning. I have a black framed tent I rather transfer them into as they are a bit bigger so is this appropriate for a short temporary time? The first picture is what they were in as they hatched. Sadly I lost two that just didn’t develop and ended up passing away very small. I have five that are growing pretty fast at this point. Ps they won’t be staying infront of the tv I promise that would be to overstimulating and it’s infront of the central heating and cooling system in our home. Let me know if I’m being stupid in any ways:)
