Hi! I need a haircut before moving, and I have tried a few salons. I really don't have the time or energy to keep doing the DIY thing. Unfortunately, everywhere I have tried has left me with a boring, flat "old lady" cut, NOT a pixie. I can do it, so someone out there has to be able to as well?!

Location: Syracuse, NY. Both the seller and we (buyers) signed a contract on Wednesday. The listing agent kept the listing active. Today (Friday), their agent tells our agent that they got a higher offer and their attorney would invalidate the contract. Apparently, this isn't illegal to but it also seems like contract really doesn't matter?
We knew the sellers were difficult. They tried to get both agents to take 0% commission. I didn't expect this, however.
If we go under contract again, how long should I hold my breath?
Hi! New account, not a bot. We are moving to Syracuse and coming in a few weeks to look at houses. I was wondering about reliability of different ISPs there and how far out I could be from the city area before being stuck with satellite.
I am currently in Florida, and it seems like I will have to look up each address to verify what ISP is available. I am just looking at overall opinions. We need a reliable connection as we both WFH.
