Mod to allow friendly/friends to wohoo

I'm playing with MizoreYukii's arranged marriage mod and with the mod there's an option to try for a baby with Sims in an arranged marriage. The problem is that the option doesn't show up for me. I'm wondering if you guys know any mod that allows friends to wohoo. Also I don't wanna use the vanilla wohoo partner option

My game takes so long to load(I may have a problem with downloading too much custom content) that I have started to play on steam deck when the game is loading

As someone who has never played as a werewolf. Do you recommend doing a vanilla run or using mod/overhauls?

I just needs some opinions

edit Thanks for all the answers. I will do a vanilla run like some of you guys recommended, to learn the mechanics and what I like and don't. Making modding in the future easier by knowing my preference and the vanilla mechanics
