Anyone build your own SEO dashboard from GSC and GA4?

Any SEOs here? I’m extremely frustrated with the high cost of Semrush, Ahrefs, etc. and honestly not trusting their data. Specifically, keyword tracking reports and page cannibalism reporting.

Update: not looking for someone to do this for me. Curious if anyone has done this and if they found it to be a reliable report to share with clients.

The tools are great for research, but I keep finding myself comparing reports to Google Search Console and then having to provide clients with a blend of data from both platforms. Then I started thinking why not just build my own dashboard form GSC and GA4 that reports on the metrics I want?

I already have one for basic traffic, but want to incorporate keywords, rank, etc. as well. I feel like this should be pretty straightforward with some filters put in place.

Anyone else tried this? The end goal is to have a report I can share with clients to track traffic, top keywords we are targeting, and identify page cannibalism.

Anyone migrated a huge (200+ page) #1 ranking website from Wordpress to Lovable with success while maintaining SEO?

I have a client who had someone tell them that they can migrate a current high ranking website that's currently ranking #1 for most industry terms to Lovable in a weekend, maintain SEO, and increase conversions by 3x. Based on all of my research, even with the new "SEO updates" Lovable has released, I am highly concerned.

Has anyone here had success with a migration of this magnitude? The current website has high authority and has been established since 2009 - yes, you read that right.

I saw the proposed website and the design is nothing I can't do in Wordpress.

If anyone has success stories they could share, I'd love to learn more. I see tons of rave reviews about smaller sites, landers, basic conversion pages, etc. but haven't seen any reference to a full migration for established websites like this.

Keyword Position Tracking reporting rollercoaster (beyond Google Core Updates)

Curious how people are reporting position tracking vs. organic rankings in Semrush to clients.

I created a great Data Studio report for my clients that includes GA4 data, paid ads results, and Semrush data to include site health and rank tracking, both for overall organic ranking and for position tracking of select keywords.

The challenge I'm having is Semrush is continually dropping tracked keywords rankings as they are shifting pages, but overall organic ranking for the select keyword is still high per Google Search Console. So now I'm having to explain to my clients that no, we didn't lose the ranking for the phrase, but the primary page served for the phrase has changed.

Do you just not share position tracking stats with clients and instead use it solely for your own research? I find it rather irritating that for the fee we pay Semrush that we can't just have an option to "track these words regardless of page" and then have a seperate per-page report for ourselves to view and audit. Am I missing something?
