Hey how can i make Dex for my pc i have samsung s24 ultra on one ui 8 and pc on amd. When i downloading dex for pc it says that i can use phone link and i cant use dex

Wearable cant find my buds 4pro but phone can (they are original) it says that i can pair them in settings (i have s24 ultra)
