She's not included in the scores as she did not compete in the AA, but it's worth noting that Melanie de Jesus dos Santos competed on floor:
13.250 (D-score 5.0, E-score 8.450; ND -0.2, Bonus 0.1)
Also, as you can see, there seems to be a domestic bonus system.
Apparently there was a second round of elite optionals today, and apparently you can sign up for multiple sessions at the same qualifier. Today's qualified gymnasts are:
Juniors
Maya Kosarikova (Cypress) - 49.65
Hadley Bird (Metroplex) - 48.75
Tenley Wade (Fuzion) - 48.65
Seniors
Elaine Sliney (Cincinnati) - 51.5
*Amari Celestine (Ascend) - 39.45 on VT, BB, and FX
They join juniors Claire Ekart and Bailynn Kasprzak and seniors Azaraya Ra-Akbar and 2 event qualifier Jasmine Robles from Day 1.
*Note: Celestine also received a 3 event compulsory score but did not get the minimum AA score. This means that if she does not compete elite compulsory at the upcoming Parkettes Elite National Qualifier in June or attends and does not get a 35 minimum AA score, she will only be allowed to compete VT, BB, and FX domestically for the rest of this elite year.
Juniors
Claire Ekart (Cincinnati) - 50.35
Bailynn Kasprzak (WCC) - 48.5
Edit
Seniors
Azaraya Ra-Akbar (Alabama) - 50.6
Jasmine Robles (WOGA) - 27.15 on VT and BB
I hadn't heard anything about her being done with elite. In fact she looked to be training new combos on floor that wouldn't make sense in NCAA. KJ Kindler elite coaching era?
Konnor says that in the past month she's had to get:
Ankle MRI
Ankle CT Scan
Ankle Surgery
Shoulder MRI
Elbow MRI
Wrist MRI
Multiple blood work
She still needs:
Neck MRI
Neck CT Scan
Chest MRI
Gallbladder Ultrasound
Wrist Surgery
She shared all of this as a word of warning to parents considering putting their kids in gymnastics.
Gina and Marc Chirilcenco were temporarily suspended after an investigation with the Department Council for Youth and Sports was launched in July of 2025. This investigation was prompted by reports made by Kaylia Nemour of abuse and control.
After a year of reviewing evidence such as hearings, testimonies, documents, and surprise visits to the gym, both coaches have been cleared of these accusations. The council has suggested the gym provide more strengthening training, psychological support for gymnasts, and appoint an independent advisor.
