One week in Lisbon in March 2026

We flew from Luxembourg to Lisbon with a group of five and spent a really nice week exploring the city and its surroundings. We stayed in an Airbnb in Caparica, on the other side of the bridge, which made the trip feel a bit more relaxed and gave us a different perspective of the area.

The weather was around 20 degrees, so it was perfect for walking around without it being too hot. Since it wasn’t super crowded, everything felt pretty chill. During the trip, we checked out different parts of Lisbon, from the famous bridge and the Jesus statue to the city center, smaller neighborhoods and even the beach.

Most days were spent walking around, discovering new places, enjoying the views and taking in the atmosphere of the city. We also ate out a lot and tried different restaurants which definitely became one of the best parts of the trip.

Overall, it was a relaxed, fun, and memorable week with great people, good food, and lots of beautiful places.

Which features do you keep rebuilding in your projects?

Hey everyone,

I am exploring ideas for a developer-focused platform and want to understand which features or building blocks developers use most often.

This could be higher-level things like auth, databases, storage, or email, but also function-level things like feature flags, permissions, webhooks or background jobs.

What do you repeatedly need when building software and what feels annoying, repetitive or too complicated to set up?

Not promoting anything, just looking for honest input. Thanks!
