Does UHG/Optum do counter offers if you attempt to leave?
I like my role and what I do, but wish pay was higher. Currently as grade 25 @ $30 and got only 0.7% last raise. Trying to get to $35 at least but doubt I’ll get there with raises. Hoping if I come back with an offer, that they match it.
