How Does Redwood City work: Q&A with City Planning - Aug 20th
"Yes! in Redwood City" is a new club in town, led by people who live in Redwood City who want to make it more affordable and walkable. How does the city decide where to put bike lanes? When does something become a historic resource? Who put together the plans that turned "Deadwood City" into the vibrant downtown we enjoy today? If you've ever asked yourself these questions, you'll have an opportunity to hear the answers! We'll be hosting a Q&A with two members of Redwood City's planning staff who help shape the city. Community Development Director Sue Exline and Housing and Leadership director Alin Lancaster will be on hand to share their knowledge. Event location will be at City Hall at 4pm on August 20th.
