Is an MBA worth it for a Tech Team Lead who already has an MS in IT & Management?

Profile:
Current Role: Team Leader (managing a tech team)
Experience: 7 years in the industry
Education: Already hold a Master’s in IT and Management (MSITM)
The Dilemma:
seriously considering going back to school for an MBA, but i am not sure if it’s overkill or a smart strategic move given their current credentials. Not sure if it’s waste of Money and time. Or will it actually get me into good spot. Like the c roles or director positions.
main questions for the community:
Is an MBA redundant if you already have a Master's in IT Management, or does it actually open different doors?
For someone with 7 years of experience, should they look exclusively at Executive MBA (EMBA) programs, or are part-time professional MBAs worth it?
Will the ROI justify the cost and effort at this stage in the career?
Would love to hear from anyone who has made a similar pivot or works in tech leadership hiring! Thanks in advance.
