apartment/condo recommendation
hello everyone,
I am an expat looking for apartment/condo recommendation, preferrable linked with or walking distance to Kelana Jaya Line LRT stations and not too far from Bangsar LRT station.
- Budget: up to RM 2,000
- Preferred Unit: Studio / 1 or 2+1
- Furnishing: Fully Furnished
- Others: Preferrable no Airbnb allowed in the property and complete and maintained gym condition
Additionally, I have shortlisted few options I can find (through Google Maps), but unable to find any review or pros and cons of the apartments.
If you are living or have the experience living on the follow condos/apartments:
- Ruby Seapark
- Zenith Residence (SS7)
- Sterling Residence
- Panorama View
- Ara Sentral
Please help me to leave some review on the following:
- is it walking distance to LRT?
- is the walking route safe and shaded?
- how is the traffic to the highway?
- how is the neighborhood? (quiet/crowded/noisy/not much food option/etc)
- is the electricity residential/commercial rate?
- any pest issue?
