As someone nearing retirement ~ 5 years

Has anyone in the community used retirement planning software? If so, what is recommended?
I just fired my financial advisor who was charging high fees. They had created a 35 fund portfolio with lots of overtime. It actually has done well. My question is, I'm considering turning off all the dividend reinvest and directing future proceeds to VT. What's the consensus?
I work for a large hospital system and they offer both a 403b and a 457 accounts. What's the consensus on contributions to both?
