Would love to hear what anyone thinks about taking a frame and making some adjustments. Theres a modification that I've seen online that I would love to try out. Transforming a 26"into a mini cargo bike. Involves extending the steering tube and the fork shaft.

I have 0 fabrication skills, but have access to experienced welders to coach my build. Am I being a silly billy? Any advice would be greatly appreciated:)
