After accepting the offer I received the letter (attached image) but I’m unsure of what to do next.

Does this mean that I’m admitted? Do I wait for UP to send me an email? Do I email the office of admissions or the registrar? Do i still have to go through some sort of admission procedure?

I’ve looked through the UPOU website but I’m still very confused, please help!
