Hello all,

I was diagnosed yesterday and waiting on my follow up exams in the coming weeks. I’ve cut out all alcohol but struggling to find foods. So far I’ve bought chicken breasts, whole grain breads, and salads. Is there a thread where people share recipes?

Please Help

My daughter and I recently rescued a gecko and during feeding we noticed her hind foot looked odd. After getting her out she seems to missing toes. Is she eating them? No noticeable change to her daily activity.
