Hi,
I recently moved into an apartment- I had not been able to tour it beforehand- and the room I took was supposed to be 80 sq. Ft. but is closer to 65- I would not have rented the room knowing this and I can barely fit into the room without tripping over my dresser or my cat’s stuff. I’m really now dreading living here for the next year. Is there anything I can do about this (rent reduction)?
I’m living in Chicago, and I came home to find my roommate had not fully closed our front door. I’m genuinely kind of freaked out and extremely frustrated (there have been many past issues with him not closing the door as well, but today of all days). To top things off, he’s gone to spend the night somewhere else so he doesn’t even have to deal with the smoke he let into the house. I have nothing productive to say I just genuinely can’t wrap my head around how someone could be so careless and inconsiderate
