Hello everyone, I’m involved in a holiday home project in Murree, just 4 km from CBTL. These homes are basically prefab modular cottages. 1 cottage is spread over 1120 sq. ft., with a car porch, front and back lawns. Construction is 702 sq. ft. with 1 bedroom, open kitchen, lounge, bunker bed and attached washroom. They’re available to purchase along with the plot, perfect for personal use or rentals. Construction work is already in progress 2 huts are near completion and we are open for visits. Prices are very reasonable for now (under 1 Cr) with up to 18 month payment plan, since it is in initial stages. All NOCs and legal documents are available and can be verified.
