Have had hayfever all my life symptoms being all the usual ones - runny nose, watery and itchy eyes, the odd cough and sore ears etc. However the past couple of years I’ve noticed a new symptoms which I’ve only recently realised coincides with hayfever season. I get itchy and red arms when I’m outside particularly if I’m doing something like cycling which is a bit random! It calms down once I’m out of pollen or once I’ve showered. Anyone else get this as a symptom of hayfever?

Side note: I also have keratosis pilaris on my arms so they are lowkey always a bit red!

Does anyone remember those souvenir animal cups that you could get with ice cream (at least I think it was ice cream). I vividly remember the penguin one that was a little bit scary but I’m sure there were other animals too. I can’t find any pictures of them online because I don’t know what to search for. Does this ring any bells and more importantly does anyone have any pictures?

This was definitely a 2000s thing but I’m sure it went into 2010s as well
