Does anyone else have this same issue?

I'm 30F living in the US. My pollen allergies peak in the same 2 months every single year (April and May). I think it's either grass pollen or tree pollen (or both).

My main symptom is runny/stuffy nose. It's so bad to the point where I have to blow my nose every minute of every hour. It's been disrupting my life.

I've tried several types of antihistamines (loratadine, cetirizine, etc) but nothing works. I'm thinking about getting allergy shots but idk if those actually work (if anyone here has experience with those, let me know!).

Anyways, is anyone else here going through a similar experience? If so, what has worked for you?

Eye and nose twitches?

Hey everyone,

Does someone else have eye (its my right eye) twitches and nose twitches, last 10 days I was in Korea for vacation and I had no eye twitches.

It was only my nose there. Now back in the Netherlands, its my eye again. Its only when i squeeze hard.

I had this before the vacation as well. And in Korea it was my nose. I think it has to do with the pollen. I started taking medication for it, so let's see.

Does anyone else have this?

Trying to find Cromolyn (sodium cromoglycate) in Canada. Or an alternative

My hay fever is mostly horribly itchy eyes. Cromolyn and antihistimine drops used to manage it fine. Now I can’t find the stuff anywhere. Any leads?

This is your yearly reminder to get an air purifier!

Not an advert, just got an air purifier 4 years ago or so and it was one of the best changes in my life. Don't get me wrong, I still suffer but I suffer a LOT mess and can even open my windows sometimes!

Fexofenadine 180 not effective for me this year

Hayfever kicked in this week for me. F40 UK. I reached for my go-to, fexofenadine 180 + beconase. I always take medication at night as I hate waking up feeling all horrible. Fexofenadine 180 has always been a lifesaver but doesn’t feel like it’s fully controlling all my symptoms and I’m waking up with a sore throat, gluey eyes and stuffy nose.

One night I took a cetirizine whilst I was waiting for my prescription refill on fexo, and I woke up the next day feeling totally normal. I originally switched from cetirizine because it didn’t feel like it was working. What gives?!

I take 2 x fexofenadine 180mg in the morning for my hay-fever, have Sodium cromoglicate eye drops and an avamys nasal spray. I also have a Beclometasone for when my breathing is particularly affected by the pollen.

More recently, I’ve found all of these aren’t helping as well as they used to and by late afternoon I’m struggling with the sore eyes, sneezing, coughing and getting wheezy again and I really don’t know what to do now 😣 not sure if it’s worth going back to my doctor as I don’t know if there is anything more they can give me.

I love tried natural remedies in the past and don’t find they really work, only one I didn’t try was a local honey as I’m vegan.

Any tips to help a fellow sufferer out?

Thanks
