Mammogram tomorrow. Scared. It always ends up in call backs, biopsies, what feels like a loss of control and unknowns. Scared. Will go but scared.

In perimenopause I wake up at 3am most nights. I have noticed others mentioning this. Why are we waking up at 3am?

I have a HerScan appointment. I always go to my mammograms. I have dense breasts. Is HerScan helpful? Legit? Scam?

I walk my dogs about the same time everyday. Usually about an hour and we usually walk the same route. I read that we should vary the route for the dogs mental stimulation but when I try to change the route one of my dogs insists on the same route he pulls and wines so we keep the same route 🤣. What do you all think? Should the dog walk route vary or can we keep same route everyday? My other dog seems not Gabe no opinion 🤣

Almost 51 and I have been informed by a doctor that I am in perimenopause. I have cycled through the very heavy periods and I am now into lighter periods that are further spread out. But, I have noticed some very light spotting in between periods. Is this in the range of normal?
