My TF is pulling away and it's breaking my heart

He has valid reasons and it's for the best, but damnnnn this is so hard! I can't remember the last time I was heartbroken like this. It's so hard going from texting/calling 24/7 and seeing each other almost everyday, to acting almost like strangers again. There are so many times during the day when I want to pick up the phone and text him just to share a random thought that's on my mind or to tell him how much I miss him, but I always stop because what's the point? He'll text back but we'll no longer have those soul-satisfying, 8-hour long deep conversations ever again, those days are gone now.

I know I will be okay. The Universe got me. He was here to teach me lessons and help me feel things again. I know... But right now I'm just grieving and having a rough time moving on. Hopefully I'll have better luck with him in my next life.

How do you detach from your TF romantically to just focus on the journey?

I am madly in love with my twin flame and he is too with me, but we can't be together. We're both with other people, we want different things in life. We still talk 24/7 and see each other whenever we can. I am just so exhausted by this whole experience. Loving him is consuming. I get jealous if he sees other women, I get depressed knowing we won't end up together, I miss him when I can't see him for a few days, I'm in a constant state of yearning with lots of ups and downs.

How can I detach myself from all this love and see the connection for what it is - a way to confront my traumas, face my fears, heal myself, become the version of myself I thought I lost? He's bringing back so many good parts of me, he's making me feel things I haven't felt in such a long time. I can't help but being attached and wishing we were together. But I want to focus more on seeing him as a vehicle for my own healing journey instead of being consumed by our actual relationship. Is it possible? Will it eventually happen organically after some time? Was anyone able to achieve this?

Met my twin flame, how do I get my life back on track?

I have never experienced anything this intense in my life. It's been almost 2 months now and I don't know how to go back to at least some semblance of normal.

I used to sleep through the night, at least 8 hours or more. Now I can't sleep. I wake up 3, 4, 5 times with him on my mind, or because I am having intense dreams, or because he texted me in the middle of the night and even though my phone is silent I can still sense it.

I used to be hungry all the time and never skip a meal, now my stomach is in a knot and I can't eat. I already loat 4lbs despite not being overweight, and I never lost weight easily before.

I used to have a strict routine and now my life is all over the place because I crave him so bad, I want to talk to him all day every day, I want to see him all the time.

Did I mention that I'm married? I love my spouse deeply and I'm convinced he is my soulmate, but this TF business is something else. I don't know what's happening to me and I am so scared, but I also feel so alive. I feel like I have been numb for so long and now I am finally awake and feeling everything at once. My TF craves me just as intensely, and feels the connection too.

I know that there's no going back, but how do I protect myself from feeling so much? How do I reestablish a sense of normalcy? How did you do it? Is it possible to move on? My TF wants to be together but I don't want to destroy the life I spent so long building. I don't want to leave my husband. My TF would not be a healthy relationship but he makes me feel alive.
