High strain right after waking up

My strain score got up to almost 60 within a half hour of waking up. I find this kind of unbelievable and the AI is insistent that it’s correct. It’s just so weird to me considering my recovery and sleep score.

Hey, I just subscribed to a monthly plan after trying the free trial this afternoon and I still see the daily AI message limit was reached when I access the chat. Is there actually a message limit for a paid subscription?
