This is the first time I’ve seen this happen, my luteal phase is typically 14 days long. I just wasn’t expecting to see a drop back to baseline, idk, it may just be one off temp. My RHR is still slightly elevated at 55, it was 55 yesterday too. Thought.s? Anyone else experience this before? Hoping it shoots back up tomorrow 🤞🏼
You probably see a bunch of people on here saying “Oura knew I was pregnant before I did!”, flagging for major/minor signs days before their BFP. Well, my ring said everything was normal and that was gonna start my period today! Found out yesterday at 13 d.p.o., and the only symptom I’m having is a bunch of lower back cramping! Just making this post for anyone actively searching and hoping for major/minor signs, you can still be pregnant without it! :)
