Had a Great Moment with Another Giulia Owner this Morning

A 1000£ excess is a surprisingly good deal

I recently insured my first car - a 2022 Alfa Romeo Giulia. It's 200hp, group 27, and I live in London so my cheapest quote came back at 3400 - ouch. However, if I up the excess to a 1000£ it drops to 2700. So basically, if I claim any less than every 1.4 years I will be saving money - which sounds completely reasonable.

If I drive from grosvenor pl to park Lane have I entered the zone? I suppose I could just set up auto pay and see if I get charged? Was wondering if anyone else has encountered this!
