So this was an add on order at a grocery store. I figured I was already there so why not. $6.50 for 12 items 2 miles away. The store did not have the shrimp she wanted so I got the ones that were on the substitution list. The seafood spice WAS on her list but she accidentally added it. She called me after I left her house asking why I got it. I just got off with support and they said they cannot remove the items from my missing or wrong items stats. Has anyone ever had support remove items from their stats? Is it actually not possible for them to do this? Or are they BSing me? I feel like they can and this agent was just being difficult. I don’t think I should be penalized for the customer’s mistake. Shopping in my area is a huge part of my DD income.
