No Power Source Build

Is there any batocera builds that don't require a power source only from the HDMI? This is from seeing gaming emulation from a usb stick (https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcRaTFKK-e5gf55Oxw5NQfK1QAYk2j7F4JSBvZBGYSDTxA&s=10). I currently planning to use raspberry pi, and I also have a laptop screen from my spoilt laptop which I have bought a PCB where it to read the HDMI signals. Also is there possibility of a build with Wii emulation. Im thinking of somehow integrating a Wii bar type of feature into a portable device that would act as a Wii bar and has a screen. And when needed you extend it via hdmi to a bigger screen. I've tried running my pi using power bank in the past.

Hijacking Components

Hi, there is a TaoBao device boasting wii-like games. At 10x the price less than a pi. How does a small & cheap device have more power than raspberry pi? And can I access the device (hijack) to create my own games (using AI)? Or can I build my own using cheaper components from scratch?

Question about customise

Currently raspberry pi are at secondhand pc prices. I'm just curious how are companies building a console that can run games better than raspberry pi at its cheapest. The photo is from TaoBao, a Chinese e-commerce linking customers to factories in china (at slightly lower than retail prices). The item is at 140 yuan, not sure how much in USD but close to 20? It boast a Wii like games. I'm just curious if I can build my own version after purchasing just the dance mat, at only 3-4usd? (Using AI) Also curious are they custom building a mother board and os that efficiently run games? Can I do the same without a raspberry pi?

Water Pump Reuse

Bought a wireless watering device that sucks in water from a tube and out another. Currently the seller told me that the app to activate the device is only installable in China. Is it possible to use it if I can put my own wireless program?
