Fisher and Paykel induction

I’ve just had a conversation with my sparky who will be installing a series 7 F&P induction cooktop as he couldn’t get a straight answer off the F&P technical team regarding power consumption of their 800mm 4-zone induction hob.

From my sparkys vast experience pretty much all inductions run off a 32A breaker but F&P specs say 20A. He’s convinced on a 20A breaker it would be underpowered for a 7.4kw cooker.

Has anyone had one of these and had issues with underperformance? We don’t want to go down the road of installing this product and having to try and remediate further down the track.
