Jobs - Rant but honestly, any helpful feedback would be great
I have been job hunting rigorously since the beginning of this year. My highest educational qualification is a Masters (MBA). I have been applying to jobs that are 15k + in salary since anything below truly does not allow me to have a self-sufficient life. I have applied to both government and private sector organisations but no success as of yet. The issue with the government sector is that I studied abroad and do not have o'level Dhivehi qualifications so I understand their reluctance in hiring me. (I did work for 4 years in a government organisation though and is included in my CV). My focus has been to apply in openings available in Malé or Hulhumale. I have also reached out to friends but alas, I do not have many since I did not grow up here and only moved here during the final months of my Degree (COVID-19).
It seems silly reaching out on Reddit of all places but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to how I can improve my chances on getting a job or leads for jobs or had any jobs they could offer. Help.
