I’m trying to figure out Speedgoat sizing and want input from people who’ve used SG6 and SG7.
I wear US 7.5 in Speedgoat 6 and it fits well.
In Speedgoat 7, 7.5 feels like my toes lightly touch the front. Going up to size 8 feels too roomy in the toe box. Regular (non-wide) in all versions.

Did anyone else size up going from SG6 → SG7, or is the fit just different / breaking in over time? Trying to avoid either toe pressure or a sloppy fit. Or
Would US 7.5 wide fix this problem?

I have Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS)and I’m considering vision correction surgery (LASIK vs ICL). I’d really appreciate hearing real experiences, especially from people with AS or autoimmune conditions.

A bit about me:
* No history of uveitis or eye inflammation
* AS is relatively stable, currently on Cosentyx
* High myopia (~ -12 diopters / -1200 degrees)
* Both my ophthalmologist and rheumatologist have said either LASIK or ICL would be medically acceptable in my case

I’m now trying to understand real-world experiences before deciding.

If you’ve had either procedure, did you experience:

* Dry eyes after surgery?
* Any eye inflammation or complications?
* Would you choose the same option again?
