Advice on tucked suppressors
Hey I'm not on here a lot so I apologize if this has been beat to death but I'm hoping that some people that are less broke and more experienced can help me out.
So I decided that I'm gonna finally get a suppressor for my 10 inch 300blk I've had for 10 years however I really don't want this thing to have a 17-18 inch barrel once done. So after a little research I think I'm gonna go with a 6 inch barrel with a good full length 7"suppressor but I'd really like to keep the handguard around 10 inches so I'm wondering how hot tucked suppressors really get?
It's my home defense rifle and I use it to hunt etc but I don't really go to the range and mag dump it or anything crazy. I'm also planning on running almost exclusively subs. Would a 20 round mag dump off subs be too hot to hold? Thanks in advance for any help
