We recently moved to the area and are looking for a good vet office that has affordable rates. One that can do emergency surgeries and such would be a optimal. We have cats and dogs.

We are moving to the area and are looking for a great independent home inspector for an upcoming purchase. Does anyone have any recommendations of who did a great job for them, or who to absolutely avoid?

We are not inclined to go with our realtors usual choice because of previous issus with realtor/inspector relationships.
