Aggressive reaction for an overall really good 4 month old golden

Hi! I was wondering how you guys would correct this kind of behaviour and if it goes away eventually:

Our golden male is such a sweet boy, he doesn’t guard his ressources, when we give him treats he always grab them softly (he never bites my fingers), he’s really good at sitting down when we are eating or making food.

BUT and a big but, when he finds socks, shoes or underwear, he obviously thinks it’s a toy or a game if we run after him or pull on it (so we don’t do that).

We tried opening his mouth to grab the thing but when my boyfriend does it, he will start growling, and when we remove the item, he will bark and almost bite him. You can tell he does not want to bite him because frankly if he wanted, he could. But he still barks and act « aggressive » without actually attacking.

We are scared it might get worse! We taught him how to drop it, we practice almost everyday. When we have a treat, he’s able to drop it but I want him to drop the item without having to use a treat every time. I would also love to be able to remove something from his mouth calmly

Crate training question

hi! I have a 14 weeks old puppy, we have crate trained him since we got him at 8 weeks old and he never seemed to mind or dislike it. He would maybe cry for 1min or 2 but the settled and nap. he‘s able to sleep throughout the night sometimes until 9am but,

this week he has started to bark and jump in the crate when we put him in at night. It took more time for him to settled as well. Is there something we can do to make sure he continues to see the crate as a safe and happy place ? I don’t want him to start being anxious or hate being in there as we don’t trust him alone around the house yet.

He is able to sleep and settle outside of his crate, my partner works from home and will sometimes bring him into his office for a few hours and he’ll nap on the floor next to him. Just wondering what extra steps you would take in this situation

Question about Potty training Golden 14 weeks old

I need some advice on potty training.

We brought our puppy home at 9 weeks old, and he's now 14 weeks old. We have a small backyard, and he seems to understand very well that when we go out there, it's potty time. He'll usually go almost right away now. We're also pretty good at recognizing when he needs to go.

The problem is that he's still having accidents inside. We take him out as often as possible, but sometimes he'll pee outside and then pee again inside only 30 minutes later. He's able to hold his pee all night, so it doesn't seem like a physical issue. It feels more like he still doesn't understand that peeing indoors isn't allowed.

How do we teach him to ask to go outside? We've tried scratching the door with his paw every time we take him out, and we've also tried a bell, but he mostly just played with it. He also doesn't try to hide when he pees inside.

When we catch him in the act, we immediately take him outside. Occasionally he'll finish peeing out there, but most of the time he's already done by the time we get him outside.

Is this normal for a 14-week-old puppy? Any tips for helping him make the connection that he should ask to go out instead of just going wherever he is?

CRA account blocked because of fraud

Hello everyone, last february, my cra account got blocked and honestly my account was always getting blocked at least twice a year since 2024. Usually, i call, they fix it right away. This year was different, I had to send documents in a protected drop link. I did it in February and now (June 9th) I still don't have access.

I called and they explained it's because someone in 2024, made a fake declaration of revenue in my name and they flagged it. I was never made aware of this until my 3rd call with the agency in may 2026. Why is a 2024 fraud is affecting me in 2026? Why now they are implementing a stricter way of unblocking it?

Has anyone went through this and now has access? how long did it take? They won't send me my tax return until it's fixed so I'm a bit impatient. They said someone will call when they get to my file.
