I'm trying to raise €900 for my driver's license
Hi everyone,
I'm a 19-year-old final-year student from Hungary, and I'm trying to raise around €900 (325,000 HUF) to get my driver's license.
I know a driver's license might not sound like something that people normally donate money for, but for me it would make a huge difference. It would give me much more freedom when looking for work and would help me become more independent.
Unfortunately, my family is currently in a difficult financial situation. My mother is raising me on her own and her income is below the minimum wage, so saving up the full amount ourselves is extremely difficult.
The reason I'm trying to raise the money now is that I have until September 1st to get the necessary money together. I'm also trying to contribute myself — I'm not expecting strangers to pay for everything. I'm simply trying every possible way to reach the amount before the deadline.
Even €1, €2 or €5 would genuinely help. And if you can't donate, sharing this would mean just as much to me.
I know there are many people on Reddit asking for help, so I really appreciate anyone who takes the time to read this.
