No officer number on RFE

What does this mean generally? I thought most did. It just says sincerely ,
Name
Title - associate director something…
No officer id

Is it worth applying now? Or should i pursue EB1?

Trying to decide whether to pursue EB5. If we apply today when can we realistically expect CGC in hand? I dont care about EAD/AP as we cannot use it and will continue on H1.

Pros : date is current and can file 485
Stuck in eb2 2017 backlog - so this is faster

Cons : risky especially if issue with RC, risk of money loss or gc loss. Current timelines and potential retrogression also give me pause.

Alternative : EB1 A (filing in progress but got RFE so a little discouraged). 6-7 lawyers think my case is strong. So this is a viable path for me at some point but no guarantee as every other case is being denied now.

Got RFE on 5/6 criteria, NSC - refile or respond?

Applied for critical role, original contributions, judging, media, authorship, and salary.

Only judging was accepted.

The RFE is 15 pages long and got my field of expertise wrong, did not acknowledge one of my critical roles, did not read the evidence i submitted and asked for it again, mentioned wrong evidence for a criteria. I am pretty sure i should have at least gotten critical role out of everything.

It sounds like the officer was pre determined to not accept or acknowledge the case.

Should i withdraw, slightly restructure my petition snd refile?

Or should respond to the RFE?

I am severely demoralized and thinking whether to give up altogether and apply in EB5 before the September deadline. What should i do?
