Know your beach before you go.

This city needs more speed bumps for these speeding cars on back streets. I literally crossed the street today walking and nearly got taken out by a Toyota Corolla from the early 2000s.

Does anyone know who does the flag planting and such for Memorial Day in Stamford? There isn't a legion or VA in town to ask.
