I have a small new youtube channel, i upload mostly tutorials and timelapses both shorts and long forms.

What is wrong with this thumbnail?
Why would or why wouldn’t you click on it?

Title is ”How to Build THIS Modern Minecraft House! | Easy Tutorial”

At this moment the video has ~1200 impressions and ctr is only ~1,4%, so i’m wondering how to make it better.

Any help is appreciated!!

Is this type of shorts retention considered good?
This particular video has quite a high swipe away rate at 45% which might be a reason it didn’t perform that well but just looking at the retention is it good?
