Salary Adjustment for PG

Getting your PG is a pretty common trigger for a salary bump…you're more valuable to the company now that you can sign and seal documents, take on licensed project responsibility, and reduce the firm's reliance on senior staff for sign-offs.

I'm in environmental consulting and from what I've seen, PGs here pretty reliably get a raise when they get their license.

For those who've negotiated a raise after getting their PG — what did you ask for, and what did you actually end up getting?
