Just wondering if anyone knows or goes to any OCD support groups in Asheville, I'd love to be able to meet up and listen to others stories and advice. Thanks!!

Hey there, I've started to become interested in taking CPR classes, along with Stop The Bleed and other basic first aid training.

Where are some places in Asheville I could go to learn these things? Bonus points if they're free (but they don't have to be) and or offer narcan so I can carry some around on me.
