Can tulpas, let's say, sleep while the host goes about their life? I now feel their presence sleeping in my bed while I'm sitting in a chair in my room. Do their tulpas do the same?

Today (day 7) Yuki made a request that surprised me for the short time she has been here. Therefore, at the end of my day (9pm Argentina time) I proceeded to draw her, you could say that she guided me, although it was more or less instinct hehe. Yuki liked the drawing :p

I created my first tulpa today, and to be honest, I found it quite easy to have a light conversation and feel its presence, but I also noticed that it leaves me mentally tired... So I wanted to ask you, how much rest do you get? I'm afraid that by not paying attention to it every now and then, something serious might happen. :p
