Poor Customer Service Experience
Recently bought the new velour arm rests that use magnets to attach. As a gift my wife saw TITAN Evo and she thought that was the same as my 2021 TITAN XL model. These models are similar in name but NOT at all compatible.
I reach out to customer service since hey there was some confusion about the product my wife was buying and I was met first denial due to cleanliness issue. But then met with no reconciliation about the misleading/confusing compatibility with my chair. Yea the names are different but similar. So $130 down the drain.
I was able to get 3d printed jank magnet holders, but they aren't perfect, so still able use the arm rests.
So felt of sharing my experience because I was not expecting to see this from SecretLab. This may not happen to others, or you can read similar sounding model names and not have ADHD brain, but im no longer interested in buying anything from them.
