How can I get better at gymnastics & wrestling drills/rolls by myself?

Im trying to learn wrestling & I know that gymnastics/rolls are a big part of it but I cant even do a handstand let alone any of the other stuff like bridges & rolls etc. not to mention I’ve never explored my flexibility before.

It’s kinda nerve wracking trying to learn this stuff on my own time by myself. I’d rather not hire a gymnastics coach just for these few movements.

Was anyone else in the same boat & how did they learn all those movements? YouTube vids

This is a ridiculous question but somebody who is inexperienced is claiming you can do that & teaching it to other apprentices because it involves less walking. Yes I know you kinda can shoot FS first as long as you write it accordingly in your notes, but that’s not the standard & imo it increases the chance of error. I’ve never had anyone say you can shoot your FS before your BS so that’s literally my only way to refute it.

Thoughts?

I’m doing a PPL split and I’m really short on time throughout the week so I was thinking of combining my calisthenics with my barbell lifts. For example on pull day I will do my barbell row strength sets (3-5 reps heavy weight), and towards the end of my workout I will do my bodyweight pull-up circuit for muscular endurance (max rep or close to max rep). Same for my push day (heavy bench, finish workout with max rep bw dips or push-ups). Will this mess up my progress in strength and muscular endurance?

For legs I don’t do any bodyweight exercises it’s just barbell zercher squats and RDL’s & KB lunges
