Feb/March Itinerary help

Hello, looking at visiting Mexico in Feb (first time!): 15 nights (potential to add 2 more if need be). Current thinking:

Mexico City: 6 nights
Oaxaca City: 4 nights
Mazunte ( or coast): 5 nights

I like cultural activities but want sometime to relax/ tan at the end.

Thoughts?

Thank you x

Help Please - where to eat!

I’m a solo, first-time visitor to New Orleans and a pretty adventurous eater. I’m trying to put together a food itinerary, but I’m completely overwhelmed by all the amazing choices!

I’d love to do a mix of casual/local spots and a few more special restaurants. I’m more than happy to try the odd touristy place too — I am a first-timer, after all! — but I’d especially love recommendations for local favourites, hidden gems and places I might not find on the usual tourist lists. Being solo, anywhere with communal tables would also be great.

I’m a smaller female, so I’ll probably only manage around two meals a day, which makes choosing where to eat even harder 😂

I also love a margarita, especially a mezcal one, so any great bar or cocktail recommendations would be very welcome too. 🍸

If you were visiting New Orleans for the first time, where would you absolutely recommend I eat and drink? And are there any dishes or experiences I really shouldn’t miss?

Thank you! ❤️

New Orleans Sept 12-19 - holiday?

Thinking of visiting over these dates - consious this is literally peak hurricane season. Can fun still be had during this time? If there is a ‘standard’ storm, do they generally come through quite quickly?

Thank you

Hello, I would like to visit Jordan soon, is late September a good time or am I better waiting until late October? I am ok in hot weather.

Plans are Petra, Dead Sea, Jerash, Amman and Wadi Rum.

Where to stay in Cape Town? Social Solo Women

Hiya - thinking about visiting Cape Town in new year -Any recommendations on areas /hotels to stay in please?

I’ve travelled solo extensively, however it would be good to meet other travellers - my hostel days are definitely behind me however.

Any recommendations for a more social hotel would be great x

First time NOLA visit - Local Recommendations?

Hello! I am doing a solo trip to NOLA for the first time next month and will be in town for a week.

Beyond generally strolling around the landmarks, visiting NOMA and a swap tour no fixed plans. Are there any activities/neighbourhoods/food places locals would recommend?

I try to get out the tourist bubble when I travel and would be great to meet some of you :)
