this is like a fb group major shill so what do the people of this sub reddit want or need?

what are some popular stacks use and servers? anyone can speak to this like the server cost , concurrent players , things like that

Strange to ask but even with the overlord chat bots responses

never get a ticket number
an email confirming the interaction
a follow up email when it says a human will be on the task

and their chat bot is worse than the og chatgpt.

so has anyone gotten them to respond...my query was a refund or subscription change...the bot determined it was worth looking into and to give them x days ,responded before x days and it reiterated . Respond after x days and it forgot the context , after pasting the prior responses of the issue back in the same issue chat (one chat and not a long one) it was aware and determined a human will get in touch soon. Its been over 3 days and still waiting . Curious to know if others have a similar experience.
