If your depop gets banned can i use a new phone on the same home wifi if not what do i do and also what bank account do i use to withdraw ? can i use the same one

I’m ordering a haul for the first time and one shoe that i ordered i don’t want to get them no more right now the status of it is that the agent purchased it but the seller hasn’t sent it out yet . do i have to wait for the shoes to go to warehouse and say i want to return it or could i do something else and if i do return just from the warehouse do i get my money back ?

What to do if someone asked if it’s real because if tell the truth they can easily refund the order and say it’s Not real and get their money back without sending the item back and if lie that’s fucked up plus they can leave.a bad review and request a refund
