Large Bust, Tension Migraines, Intense Exercise, and Sports Bras
I have been dealing with tension migraines due to poor posture. I have been in the process of correcting this, but there are still bad days. I am terrified to wear my sports bras and honestly I hate all sports bras I've ever had because they are tight, and with the tension migraines, just cause more pain. Apparently, having a tight elastic band holding up ten pound girls from the shoulders does that.
I want to start kickboxing. I loved it in the past, but since a million life changes and the tensions migraines, I haven't done it. Now that I am getting it managed, I want to start again, but would prefer to do it without the sports bras. Is there a way to exercise with a corset simply to keep the girls in place without the pressure on my shoulders and risk of triggering a migraine?
