I am writing regarding the recent notification about the revision of the Backlog Course Re-registration Fee from Rs. 6,000 to Rs. 8,000 per course effective from Fall 2026–27.

I kindly request the administration to reconsider this increase and continue the previous fee structure of Rs. 6,000 per course. Many students already face academic and financial pressure while managing backlog subjects, and this sudden increase may create additional burden on students and their families.

Maintaining the earlier fee amount would greatly help students who are trying to improve their academic performance and clear pending courses without excessive financial stress.

I respectfully request the concerned authorities to look into this matter and consider revising the fee back to Rs. 6,000.
