Rizta s 2.7kwh- 10% charging lost overnight
I left my rizta last night at 98% and when I checked this morning it is down to 88%. The vehicle is just 25days old. It is the first time something like this has happened, it also rained last night and I keep my ather parked in open, so could that also lead to something

Ather refused to give complimentary ecw when purchased via flipkart
I purchased ather rizta s with propack from flipkart. And on the website it’s mentioned that ecw is complimentary with propack. But upon enquiring with customer care they are saying it’s only applicable if purchased offline which is nowhere mentioned on the website.
What can I do now? Pls help me out.
