Need urgent help

Heyy people,

It's been a month searching for jobs n all around NCR at LinkedIn. I tend to apply on LinkedIn but I never get any interview shortlists irrespective of having a good internship work experience in marketing domain. Graduated in 2025 from DU Economics Hons

Is there any way to get interview shortlists faster? Or should I send a personalized DM to the hiring team along with my CV? Or should I try out somewhere else other than LinkedIn??

What should I do?

Suffering from detachment issues I developed 21M

21M here,

Idk why is happening with me but I have detachment issues while talking. I tend to speak up to a girl and I'm like flirty and moody for some weeks n so like shaadi wagera, date, love shov n all that shit. Then after 2 weeks or so I get detached on a random day. Proper ghost krna literally. She used to message me all day nd I used to reply in one word like Hmm, okay, acha aisa kya? like that.

Is this a problem or something?

Then she before blocking me says - I hate u, idk why I met u, I hope we never met again, dimag ki maa bhen krdi tune' etc etc.

Company ki colleague toh playboy boldi mujhe.

Am I that bad? Actually this ignoring and ghosting developed in me when I was interning at a startup.

Need suggestions and help

Hi I'm 21M graduate in Economics. I am preparing for CAT this year but it's very concerning that since I'm a fresher with probably low academics can make me cry getting interview calls.

I was always average in acads. But sometimes things turned out by LUCK, I got an internship in my first year, being the first employee of the company it made me realise how much effort is needed to build a brand. I worked there for like 1 yr 11 months as a full time intern as a marketing intern.

I built their foundational systems from scratch, I tend to ask for 1-2 days to upskill myself in that domain to get an overall information of that work be it like Meta Ads, Ecommerce management, Graphic Design, Influencer management, SEO, A+ listings and even WordPress.

I even handled some important government licencing and documentation for the company be it getting AD Code, IEC certificate, or even roaming around the ICEgate website. It was tough but fun.

Results??

We closed 25 lakhs in revenue in less than 1 year, (with only 3 people in the company) we also represented India in the MSME D2C segment in Atlanta, New York & Italy. We also closed some good international clients as well. It was truly an immersive experience for a person who is from a tier 4-5 town, went too far from his peers.

Now Brand Management and storytelling, Advertising looks like it's the place for me. I know I'm not too professional in this but the kid inside is learning. Also had some nonsense extras that I did in my college that hampered my CGPA but looks like things were worth it!

I'm actively looking for a job & sort of confused whether I should be appearing for CAT or not. I have covered around 70% of the syllabus and might complete it fully by the end of July fs.

Looking for some better suggestions, any references, any recommendations from people who are doing great.
