


How Much more fat should I lose?
6’1”, ~210.4 lbs this morning. I have lifted off and on most of my adult life and I am 35. I am down about 15 lbs the last 6 months. Been Lifting consistently the last 5-6 months and recently tightened up nutrition/cardio. Averaging 2k calories and 170 grams of protein as well as 5-6k steps. Trying to cut while maintaining muscle.
Curious what body fat % you guys estimate me at currently, and realistically what weight range you think I’d look best at leaner.
Also:
how long you think it’d realistically take to get to a noticeably athletic/lean look from here
and whether you think I’ve got a decent muscle base underneath already
Open to honest feedback on strong/weak points.
Just don’t make me cry to much 😆
